Mason Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Al-Kuwait. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the masons, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. This is a contract position, suitable for Filipinos and foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of masons in various construction projects throughout Al-Kuwait
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the masons, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues or delays
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Valid work permit for Al-Kuwait (for non-Filipino applicants)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance may be provided.
