Blast Furnace Operator

We are hiring a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace, ensuring the safe and efficient production of iron and steel. Your duties will include monitoring equipment, regulating temperatures, adjusting controls, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You must have experience in operating blast furnaces and be familiar with safety procedures and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for long periods of time and working in hot conditions. Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position. We welcome all qualified applicants, including foreigners. Salary for this position is $1600 per month.
