Insurance Sales Agent
We are seeking motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agents to join our team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients and providing them with personalized service and advice. You must have excellent communication and persuasive skills, as well as a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations. This is a commission-based role, with the potential for high earning potential. Ideal candidates should have their own visa and be fluent in English. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide them with suitable policy options
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Process policy applications, payments, and renewals accurately
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different insurance policies such as life, health, auto, etc.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Own visa or transferable sponsorship required
