We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team of professionals in Moscow, Russia. As a Painter for Residential Properties, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting projects in both interior and exterior settings. Your role will require you to have an eye for detail, excellent color sense, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters and spills
- Ensure a smooth and even finish with attention to detail
- Work with other team members to complete projects within set deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and types of paint
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding if necessary
- Excellent color perception and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must have own transportation or be able to commute within Moscow

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
