Job Title: Project Manager


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient use of time and budget
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and address any challenges
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with project delivery
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional development
- Evaluate project results against initial objectives and make recommendations for future improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control methods
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- PMP certification is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. We also provide support for obtaining work visas.
