We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for our Indian restaurant in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or machine cleaning methods
- Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Dispose of waste and garbage properly
- Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Salary:
900$ per month

Mombasa, Kenya
