Online Consultant (Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels, such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate product information and address any product-related questions or concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Salary: $1700 USD per month
Location: This is a remote position based in Faro. Accommodation is not provided.
Nationality/Residency: Biometric passport is preferred.
