Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are in need of experienced waiters/waitresses to join our dynamic team for a seasonal position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and must be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to the table
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Handle complaints or concerns from guests in a polite manner
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining area
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
- Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required
