Civil Engineer (Herzliya, Israel)



We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects in the city. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Design and develop plans for new construction projects, including roads, buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating designs and plans
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Herzliya or Israel
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Hebrew or Arabic
- Ability to obtain necessary work permits or visas if not already authorized to work in Israel.
