Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue growth of our company's products and services. Your main tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of strategies and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to make informed decisions regarding product offerings and pricing strategies
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (visa sponsorship available)
