Part-time Biometric Passport Coordinator - Architecture Manager

As a part-time Biometric Passport Coordinator for our architecture firm in Porto, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the biometric passport process for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of biometric technology.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for biometric passport applications
- Communicate with government agencies and embassies to ensure accurate and timely submission of passport applications
- Maintain records of all passport applications and follow up on any delays or issues
- Stay informed about changes in biometric technology and regulations related to passport applications
- Train and supervise other staff members on biometric passport procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure efficient and effective coordination of services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire biometric passport process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an architecture firm or government agency
- Knowledge of biometric technology and regulations related to passport applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The expected hours per week will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, but there may be opportunities for remote work depending on current circumstances.
