As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Porto. Your main duties will include coordinating teams of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project proposals, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A degree in architecture or a related field is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in architecture or project management is also beneficial. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Candidates must have a biometric passport and be able to legally work in Porto without restrictions.
