Waiter/Waitress in Doha, Qatar


Our upscale restaurant in Doha is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with free accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Assist with set up and breakdown of dining room as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
