Floral Designer and Arranger

As a Floral Designer and Arranger, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will use your artistic skills to design and arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner, while also considering the client's preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Create original designs for different occasions using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Order flowers and supplies from vendors to ensure availability for upcoming projects
- Prepare and condition flowers to ensure freshness and longevity
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Assist with the delivery, setup, and takedown of floral arrangements at event venues
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure work area is clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care requirements
- Proficient in design techniques such as color theory, balance, texture, and shape
- Creative flair with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle standing for long periods of time
- Experience with wedding or event planning is a plus

Location: Monte-Carlo

Salary: $1600/month
