Administrator - Medina, Philippines
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. You will be based in Medina, Philippines and will work closely with the management team to support them in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply inventory, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and guests
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management team
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
- Monitor office expenses and manage budgets for supplies and equipment
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Filipino nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
