Team Lead - Customer Support (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer support team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives who provide exceptional service to our English-speaking customers. This is a full-time position with no experience required but requires strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives to achieve department goals and targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers
- Conduct regular training sessions for new team members as well as ongoing development for existing team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in motivating and developing teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
