Junior JAVA Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with senior developers to learn new technologies and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and advance their career in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborating with team members to identify technical requirements and propose solutions
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Proficiency in JAVA programming language
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience with database design and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (open to candidates from other countries willing to relocate)
