Concierge


The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our prestigious hotel in La-Condamine. This role requires a friendly and outgoing individual who is able to anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services as requested
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry desired but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La-Condamine (accommodation not provided)
