Senior Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our fast-paced team in Atlanta. As a leader in the architecture industry, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to oversee the design and construction of various projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee design processes and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Review and approve all project deliverables for quality assurance
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (accommodation can be provided)
