Architecture Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers.
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects from initial concept to final construction.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Review design plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Atlanta. However, candidates from other locations may also be considered.
