Hotel Sales Manager - Nepali Speakers
Our 5-star hotel in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel, with a focus on the Nepali market. This is a contract position with an urgent start date.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from the Nepali market
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
