Hotel Sales Manager in El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience, a passion for the hospitality industry, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts such as corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, etc.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, etc. to generate leads
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of different booking systems like Opera PMS is preferred
but not required
We also welcome candidates without experience who possess strong sales skills.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: El-Ain, Egypt (accommodation can be provided if necessary)
Language: English (fluency is required)
Nationality: Open for all foreign nationals who have work permits in Egypt
