Project Manager - Construction (Acre, Israel)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Acre, Israel. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Oversee budget management and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures on site
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers
- Provide regular reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations in Israel is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
