As a Senior Architect for our international architecture firm in Moscow, Russia, you will play a vital role in leading and managing project teams to deliver high-quality and innovative designs. Your expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management will be critical in successfully executing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to develop detailed architectural designs from concept to construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations
- Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
- Create detailed construction documents and oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design intent
- Mentor and train junior staff members on industry best practices and technical skills
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to enhance the firm's design capabilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with international project exposure
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
