Architecture Manager - Indian Nationals Only


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the development of our company's projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the architectural design process from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Lead a team of architects and drafters to ensure quality work is produced
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. However, we welcome applications from Indian nationals who are willing to relocate.
