We are a rapidly growing architectural firm in Acre, Israel seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for new projects, including conceptualization, planning, and development
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with plans
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Mentor and guide junior architects in the firm
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-Israeli nationals
