Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams in creating architectural concepts and plans for various projects
- Research and analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements for project compliance
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different professionals at all levels
