Moderator for Online Community (Indian Candidates) in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Moderator for our online community in Kaunas, Lithuania. This position is specifically for Indian candidates who are looking for an English speaking job without prior experience.

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the conversations and interactions within our online community. This includes reviewing user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and complaints, and enforcing community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content within the online community
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate content or taking necessary actions
- Engage with users and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Provide regular reports on community activity and feedback to management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality with valid work visa or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Passionate about creating a positive online community experience
- Basic knowledge of content moderation tools is a plus
