Job Title: Contract Handyman in Faro, Portugal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our buildings and facilities. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, painting, carpentry work, and general upkeep. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and facilities for maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in painting techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal - a beautiful coastal city known for its sunny weather, historic old town, and stunning beaches. The ideal candidate will either be a Portuguese national or have the right to work in Portugal.
