Elevator Installer in Balzers, Pakistan



We are seeking skilled and experienced Elevator Installers to join our team in Balzers, Pakistan. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators and other vertical transportation systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain elevators, escalators, and other lift systems according to blueprints and technical specifications
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with existing elevator systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting controls
- Test newly installed or repaired elevators for proper functioning
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on elevated platforms or in confined spaces
- Communicate with building owners or managers to schedule installation or maintenance appointments
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Elevator Installer
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics related to elevator systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for working on ladders and lifting heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month with the potential for overtime pay. Accommodation will also be provided.
