We are searching for a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes within our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data on current computer systems and processes
- Analyze system requirements and determine areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT team to design, develop, and implement new systems and processes
- Test new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements
- Train employees on how to use new systems effectively
- Provide technical support for existing systems as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
