Personal Trainer

We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team in Ashdod. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and physical conditions. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients reach their fitness goals through proper form and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to identify fitness goals and develop individualized workout plans
- Lead personal training sessions with clients, providing instruction on proper exercise techniques and modifications as needed
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise science
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to design effective workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
