English Tutor

We are a language academy located in Ashdod, seeking an English Tutor to join our team. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and we offer a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions
- Track students' progress and provide regular feedback
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Prepare students for exams, interviews, or other language proficiency tests
- Collaborate with other tutors to share resources and strategies

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring preferred but not required
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
