Sales Manager for Pakistani Nationals in Vilnius, Lithuania



We are hiring a qualified Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and be a Pakistani national.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients and handle any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not mandatory
