Sales Manager - Indian Market
Our company is a leading international retail brand with a strong presence in the Indian market. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in the Indian market, working closely with our local partners and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular sales analysis and provide reports to the management team
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet performance goals
- Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences to showcase our products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within India for business purposes
