IT Manager

Our fast-growing IT company in Multan is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with the company's goals
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all IT systems
- Manage system upgrades and ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop policies and procedures for efficient use of technology resources
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Keep up-to-date with new trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for the company's systems

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects
- Strong knowledge of network security, database management, and system administration
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data backup solutions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluency in English (Urdu would be an asset)
