Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential information
Salary: 1800$ per month without accommodation.
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco (Biometric passport required)
