Experienced Barista in La Condamine, Monaco

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a trendy café in the heart of La Condamine, Monaco. As an experienced Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during peak hours
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid work permit for Monaco (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter area
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stocked throughout the day
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders and handling payments
- Make expert recommendations on coffee selections based on customers' preferences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

We offer competitive salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth within the company. This position does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We welcome graduates with a passion for coffee-making to apply.
