Office Assistant - Nizwa, Oman
We are a well-established company in Nizwa, Oman currently seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preference will be given to Indian nationals or foreigners with valid work permits. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
