As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Lahore. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and supervising various construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner while adhering to quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring project progress.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in construction management. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of contractors and workers from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also essential.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. You should also be proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company.
