Experienced Adjuster in Eldoret - English Speaking with Accommodation



We are currently seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team in Eldoret. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the adjustment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, as well as excellent analytical skills to accurately assess claims.

As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims in a timely manner. This includes conducting interviews with claimants and witnesses, reviewing relevant documents and evidence, and determining the extent of coverage and liability. You will also need to negotiate settlements with claimants and provide recommendations to management.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. It also involves working closely with other members of our team, including attorneys, investigators, and medical professionals. Therefore, strong teamwork skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this role, along with accommodation provided by our company. We are open to candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines who have the necessary experience and qualifications.
