Senior Architect Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Manager to join our growing team in Braga. As a Senior Architect Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all architectural projects within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and implement architectural plans, designs, and specifications in line with client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to achieve desired outcomes within allocated resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Braga. However remote work options can be explored for exceptional candidates who may not be located in the city.
