Loader Operator

We are a leading construction company in Ashdod seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As the Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, to move materials around construction sites safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed
- Valid work visa for Ashdod or ability to obtain one
- Must be fluent in English or have basic understanding of English

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Load and unload trucks with materials using the loader
- Perform regular maintenance on the loader, including cleaning and inspections
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about job progress and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all safety regulations on the job site
- Assist with other tasks as needed
