Sales Manager for International Company in Al-Rayyan, Egypt


Our growing international company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's goals
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work full-time with accommodation provided if needed
