Entry-Level Smelter Operator
As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the smelting process to extract metals from their ores. This role does not require prior experience and is open to freshers looking for a full-time job. We are currently seeking English-speaking candidates preferably of Indian nationality or Malayalee descent, who are willing to work in Pula with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Your main duties will include monitoring machinery, adjusting controls, conducting quality control checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and following all company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have good mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Training will be provided on the job.
