Smelter Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Smelter Supervisor to join our team in Pula, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smelting process and ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in smelting and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the smelting process, including operating equipment and monitoring production levels
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by all employees at all times
- Train new smelting operators on proper procedures and techniques
- Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate supply
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to management
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the smelting process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metallurgy is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a smelter or foundry environment
- Strong knowledge of smelting processes, equipment, and materials used in the industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and supervise employees
- Ability to work well under pressure and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The job also includes accommodation for non-local employees. Location:
The position is based in Pula, India. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in Pula.
