As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, both in person and remotely. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and setting up new user accounts. You will also play a key role in maintaining our company's network and ensuring its security.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Maintain the company's network infrastructure
- Ensure network security by implementing necessary protocols
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all technical solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (7/10)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience providing technical support (internship or previous job)

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Almada, Portugal
