We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of construction projects, ensuring that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of design proposals and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Utilize technical skills to create detailed drawings and models using CAD software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
