Contract Baker - La-Condamine, Monaco



A renowned bakery in La-Condamine, Monaco is seeking an experienced Contract Baker to join our team. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products
- Meet production targets without compromising on quality
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and best practices
- Ability to follow precise recipes and measurements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Must have your own tools/equipment
- Preference will be given to female candidates
