We are currently hiring for a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This is an urgent contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications
- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed, feed, or coolant flow
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Experience working with various types of milling machines (CNC, manual, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
